Affiliate Program Terms

Effective date: September 8, 2026  |  Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms govern participation in the HostMamma Affiliate Program and supplement the rates and notices shown in the affiliate portal or an accepted written offer.

1. Application and approval

Participation is subject to review and may be declined, suspended, or ended. Applicants must provide accurate identity, business, tax, payment, channel, and audience information and keep it current.

2. Referral tracking

Only approved links and methods may be used. Attribution depends on the tracking method and window shown in the portal or written offer. Returned, canceled, fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, ineligible, or improperly tracked orders may be excluded or reversed.

3. Commissions and payouts

Eligible products, commission basis, hold periods, minimum payout, schedule, currency, and payment method are those shown in the affiliate portal or written offer. Commissions remain subject to validation and reversal. A completed Form W-9 or other required tax documentation and accurate payout details must be received before payment when required.

4. Required disclosures

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to HostMamma near promotional claims and comply with applicable endorsement, advertising, privacy, email, and consumer-protection rules.

5. Prohibited promotion

  • False, misleading, unsubstantiated, or outdated claims or prices.
  • Impersonation, typosquatting, unauthorized trademark bidding, or misleading redirects.
  • Spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden links, adware, incentive abuse, or fabricated referrals.
  • Self-referrals, unauthorized coupons, or presenting oneself as HostMamma staff.
  • Promotion alongside unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or unsafe content.

6. Brand and independent relationship

Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use current approved assets solely to promote HostMamma. Affiliates are independent contractors and may not bind HostMamma or make warranties on its behalf.

7. Monitoring and termination

HostMamma may review promotional placement and request records reasonably needed to verify compliance or referrals. Material breach, fraud, legal risk, or harm may result in suspension or termination. Terms concerning accrued obligations, brand removal, and misuse survive termination.

Provider-fulfilled products

Domains, hosting, email, security, and related products fulfilled through the upstream product-provider storefront are governed by the current agreements presented for the customer’s market, product, account, and checkout. Those provider agreements control for provider-fulfilled products if they conflict with a general summary on HostMamma.com.
