- Assisting support teams with search, ticket summaries, suggested responses, and routing.
- Generating design concepts, code suggestions, research starting points, or marketing variations for human review.
- Detecting spam, abuse, fraud, malware, or unusual technical activity.

Human responsibility
AI output can be incomplete, biased, or incorrect. HostMamma personnel remain responsible for reviewing work where appropriate. AI-generated material is not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, compliance, or other professional advice.
High-impact decisions
HostMamma does not use AI as the sole basis for a decision intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual. A person may request human review through the contact page.
Data and safeguards
Information submitted to an AI-enabled workflow is limited to what is reasonably needed and handled under applicable provider terms. Do not submit passwords, private keys, full payment-card data, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information to an AI feature unless expressly requested through an approved secure workflow.
Content and choices
AI output may resemble existing material and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. Customers remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, permissions, originality, disclosures, and fitness for use unless a project agreement states otherwise. Contact HostMamma to ask about human review or optional AI use in a direct project.
