Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026  |  Last updated: September 8, 2026

HostMamma respects intellectual-property rights. This page describes notices concerning content HostMamma controls and reports about provider-controlled infrastructure.

Before submitting

Confirm the material is within HostMamma’s control and consider whether the use is authorized, licensed, or permitted by law. A knowingly material misrepresentation may create liability.

Copyright notice

Submit a report through the HostMamma contact page with “Copyright Notice” in the subject and include: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL and description of the allegedly infringing material; your name and contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its prior location; include your name, address, telephone number, required good-faith statement, consent to the appropriate federal-court jurisdiction and service of process, and physical or electronic signature. HostMamma may forward a complete counter-notice and restore material when permitted by law.

Repeat infringement and provider services

Where appropriate and within HostMamma’s control, repeat infringement may result in restriction or termination. If the material, domain, hosting account, or platform is controlled by an upstream provider or customer, we may forward the report or direct the sender to the provider’s current copyright process.

Provider-fulfilled products

Domains, hosting, email, security, and related products fulfilled through the upstream product-provider storefront are governed by the current agreements presented for the customer’s market, product, account, and checkout. Those provider agreements control for provider-fulfilled products if they conflict with a general summary on HostMamma.com.
