Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026  |  Last updated: September 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SCULPT Marketing Group, LLC, doing business as HostMamma (“HostMamma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with HostMamma-controlled websites, forms, communications, expert services, and affiliate activities. Provider-fulfilled products are also subject to the current HostMamma-branded provider privacy notice linked below.

1. Scope and roles

This policy covers HostMamma-controlled interactions. For domains, hosting, email, security, and other provider-fulfilled products, HostMamma acts as an agent of the upstream product provider. The provider’s Global Privacy Notice explains the controller and processor roles that apply to those services. When a business customer processes personal information through a purchased service for its own purposes, that customer generally determines the purposes of processing and is responsible for its own privacy obligations.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and account information: name, business name, email address, telephone number, account identifiers, and communications preferences.
  • Transaction and service information: products considered or purchased, order and renewal details, billing status, support history, and service configuration. Payment-card processing for provider-fulfilled products occurs through the secure provider checkout.
  • Project and support information: form responses, files, messages, tickets, credentials submitted through an approved secure workflow, and project requirements.
  • Affiliate information: application details, referral activity, tax-document status, payout information, and performance data.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, cookie identifiers, analytics events, and diagnostic logs.
  • Information from other sources: product providers, referral partners, analytics and security services, public sources, and information lawfully supplied by business partners.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; provide and support services; process orders, renewals, referrals, and project requests; authenticate users; protect accounts and systems; detect fraud and abuse; communicate about services; improve accessibility, performance, and customer experience; measure marketing; honor preferences; comply with law; and enforce agreements.

4. Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, processing may be based on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as securing and improving services and responding to business inquiries.

5. When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to hosting, commerce, registrar, payment, email, analytics, advertising, security, customer-support, and professional-service providers; to business partners at a customer’s direction; in connection with a corporate transaction; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent harm, or protect rights and safety. HostMamma does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

6. Cookies and analytics

HostMamma uses cookies and similar technologies for security, authentication, language and region preferences, carts, site operation, analytics, and permitted advertising. The Cookie Policy explains these uses and available controls.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and for contractual, tax, legal, security, dispute, and backup requirements, then deleted or de-identified when practical. HostMamma applies administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

8. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an appeal, and may object to or opt out of certain processing. See Your Privacy Choices. We may verify identity and authority before completing a request.

9. International processing

HostMamma and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Provider-fulfilled services use the safeguards described in the current Global Privacy Notice.

10. Children

HostMamma services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without permission from a legal guardian.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as services, practices, or law change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date and additional notice when required.

Provider-fulfilled products

Domains, hosting, email, security, and related products fulfilled through the upstream product-provider storefront are governed by the current agreements presented for the customer’s market, product, account, and checkout. Those provider agreements control for provider-fulfilled products if they conflict with a general summary on HostMamma.com.
