HostMamma - Listen to your Mamma!

Product Agreements

Effective date: September 8, 2026  |  Last updated: September 8, 2026

Products purchased through HostMamma may be provided, registered, billed, supported, or fulfilled by an upstream product provider. Agreements presented during account creation or checkout form part of the transaction.

HostMamma policies

Current provider agreements

The upstream product provider maintains the current HostMamma-branded Universal Terms, privacy notice, refund rules, and product-specific agreements. Customers should review the versions presented for their market and product at checkout.

Order of precedence

For a provider-fulfilled product, checkout terms, the applicable product-specific agreement, and provider Universal Terms control. For a direct HostMamma expert service, the accepted proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement controls. These website policies supplement those agreements. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or use the service.

Contact HostMamma

Questions, requests, or reports concerning this policy may be submitted through the HostMamma contact page. Choose the topic that best matches your request so it can be routed appropriately.
