Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026  |  Last updated: September 8, 2026

This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are routed. The controlling rules differ between provider-fulfilled products and direct HostMamma expert services.

Provider-fulfilled products

Domains, hosting, email, security, and related products fulfilled through the provider storefront are subject to the refund eligibility, timing, renewal, and cancellation rules presented at checkout and in the current provider refund policy. Some products, fees, redemptions, premium domains, renewals, and completed services may be nonrefundable.

Domain names

Domain registrations and renewals may have short or no refund windows and remain subject to registry rules. Cancellation does not necessarily release a domain immediately or reverse a completed registry transaction.

Direct HostMamma expert services

A proposal, statement of work, order form, or service agreement controls deposits, milestones, hourly work, retainers, change orders, third-party costs, cancellation, and refunds. Unless it states otherwise, fees for completed work and committed or non-cancelable third-party costs are not refundable. Prepaid fees for work not yet performed may be reviewed after deducting completed work and committed costs.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Customers are responsible for reviewing renewal settings and dates in the applicable account. Cancellation becomes effective according to the governing product or project agreement and may affect access to services and stored data.

Requesting a review

For provider products, use the account and support route shown with the order. For direct expert services, contact HostMamma with the project or invoice identifier and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires otherwise.

Provider-fulfilled products

Domains, hosting, email, security, and related products fulfilled through the upstream product-provider storefront are governed by the current agreements presented for the customer’s market, product, account, and checkout. Those provider agreements control for provider-fulfilled products if they conflict with a general summary on HostMamma.com.
