This policy protects customers, visitors, networks, and providers. It applies to content, domains, hosting, email, applications, campaigns, and systems used with HostMamma services, together with any provider acceptable-use rules.

Prohibited activity

Violating law, facilitating crime, infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violating court or regulatory orders.
Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft, malicious code, or material primarily intended to compromise systems.
Conducting unauthorized access, scanning, interception, denial-of-service, botnet, phishing, spoofing, or circumvention activity.
Sending spam or communications that violate consent, identification, unsubscribe, or suppression-list requirements.
Hosting child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, trafficking content, or content that exploits minors.
Making credible threats, inciting violence, unlawfully harassing, impersonating, defrauding, or deceiving others.

Security responsibilities

Enforcement

HostMamma may investigate reports, request remediation, remove or restrict content, suspend services, or terminate access according to severity, urgency, applicable law, and the governing agreement. An upstream provider may take independent action under its policies.
